Norcros CEO Nick Kelsall Retires After 30 Years

Norcros PLC – a Cheshire-based supplier of kitchen and bathroom products – has said chief executive Nick Kelsall intends to retire after 30 years. He will step down as CEO and the board of directors effective March 31. Promotes UK commercial director Thomas Willcocks as new CEO, effective April 1. He will be designated CEO until that date. Mr. Willcocks has been part of the Norcros management team as UK Commercial Director, with operational responsibility for the UK commercial segment of the group since August 2021. Previously he was Managing Director of Norcros South Africa where he “led the transformation and profitable growth of the South African business”, says Norcros.

Outgoing CEO Kelsall was promoted to this role in April 2011. Prior to this role, he had served as Chief Financial Officer since October 1996, having joined the company in 1993. He will remain employed for a period of twelve months from today to ensure a smooth transition.

Thomas has been a key executive, in South Africa and now in the UK, throughout my tenure on the Norcros Board of Directors.
